We always improve our Website and user experience. Therefore we have to know what information on the Website is most interesting for visitors, from which countries visitors come to our Website, how often visitors return, which browsers they use, on which devices the Website is browsed, what is their IP address, how you move, click or scroll around our Website etc.

We use third party tools to collect and analyse the use of our website – Google Analytics services.

Legal basis to collect that data is necessity to perform our service to provide you with our Website and our legitimate interest to improve it.

Legal basis to collect the data about transaction information is to execute a contract between you and us as well as to provide our goods. We also process this personal data to fulfill our obligations under applicable accounting and tax laws. In these cases, the processing of personal data is based on mandatory legal provisions which require that we store certain data for accounting purposes.

Money transactions in the e-shop are made using the  makecommerce.lt payment platform, whose controller is Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Talinn 10414, Estonia, reg. nr.:12268475), that is why you personal information needed to make a payment transaction and confirmation will be sent to  Maksekeskus AS. 

1.4.  Inquiries and answers

When you contact us with an inquiry via the Website form  we will use your contact details and content of your message to respond to your inquiry.

Legal basis to collect this data is our legitimate interest to respond to solicit and respond to inquiries about us and our services.

If you subscribe to receive email communication from us on the Website by providing your email address or register to use our goods by establishing an account and do not object to receive news, we may use your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you BAZIS updates, offers and other marketing material.

Legal basis to provide you with direct marketing material is your consent or our legitimate interest to advertise and grow sales of our goods and to provide you with relevant information about BAZIS and offers of goods available at our Website. 2. WHO MAY SEE YOUR DATA 

We put our best efforts to keep your data safe and always require the high level of security and confidentiality from our employees and partners.

We may share your personal data with our trusted services providers when they provide services to us, to you on behalf of us and under our instructions. We will control and shall remain responsible for the use of your personal data at all times.

Your personal data can be accessed by Shopify entities. Shopify provides the platform on which our Website is built, therefore your personal data may be at any time accessed all entities within Shopify group in order to provide their services. Shopify may share the data between entities established in EU and Canada, as well as transfer your data to the US. Transfers of your personal data to Shopify and by Shopify are governed by the Privacy Shield, contractual data protection agreements or laws and regulations providing adequate protection. 

Transaction information data may be accessible to our partners, who provide us with tools for payments. Our partner PayPal and other companies in the PayPal group (such as the company Braintree) operate in various countries worldwide, therefore depending on your location, your data might be transferred outside EU. To ensure adequate level of safety for your data, the PayPal has established binding corporate rules.

Statistical browsing data may be accessible to our partners, who provide us with tools for analytics. Google LLC is based in the US and certain data may be transferred outside EU. Google LLC participates in the Privacy Shield.

3.  HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

Your data, which is necessary to set up and provide our goods will be stored for up to 2 years.

Data, which we process on your behalf, will be stored with us for as long as you remain a subscriber of our goods. We will retain the data for up to 2 year safter you terminate your account. After that the data will be permanently removed, unless you instruct us otherwise and we agree on the terms on longer storage of your data.

Data collected via Website analytics (Google Analytics) will be stored up to 3 years.

Cookies are usually valid for up to 2 years. You may delete them anytime.

We will use your email for marketing for up to 2 years after your last reaction to our communication.

In some cases, personal data may be stored for a longer period if storage of personal data is required in order to protect our or any third parties’ legitimate interests, e.g. in case of a legal dispute.
